| Managing Director - Martin Grainger
Martin holds a Master's degree in Applied Acoustics and has worked on major projects including the following:
- Wembley National Stadium, London
- Arsenal Emirates Stadium, London
- P&O Ferries,

| General Manager - Philippa Sproule
Philippa is an Economics and Information Management graduate who has worked for Grainger Communication for almost 13 years. Although responsible for the finance and management of the company she also has experience in the design and specification of systems. |
 | Project Installation Manager - Kevin Mullan
Kevin has worked for the company for 12 years. He has a strong background in electrical installations and has worked for many years in the installation of sound systems in niteclubs and hotels. He is responsible for project surveying and carries out all installation and commissioning of systems.
